winter mix

Well its the winter mix, aka french toast weather! DH and I called it that when we lived in North Carolina, because as soon as the weather reports turned faux apocalyptic (1 day of bad weather), every grocery store sold out of milk, eggs, and bread - like everyone gets a one day hankering for french toast.

    Bad weather=french toast? Hmmm it's the first time I've heard that! Ah, I think I got you.. everybody ran out to buy the milk, egg and bread for rationing or something?Sorry, I am very slow today. Brian is overloaded.

    You are so lucky. Our bad weather turned out to be nothing!! Not only do we need moisture desperately, but we would like a little winter! Too bad the temps went up today instead and all the good stuff went north. (Sorry, we like a little winter yuck on a quiet weekend!)

    Yesterday's snow was fabulous. Today's is kind of yucky in comparison.
