you know its bad when...

Saving log - $0 tip box
Spending log - $6 lunch

both Ben Stein and Jim Cramer make it on Dr. Phil. That's what greeted me above the elliptical machine as I warmed up.

We had the super duper exciting explain-the-new-medical-insurance meeting. It was, in a word, baroque. There's the network, the non-network, and the really non-network. We also have less than a week to fill in our paperwork. Sheesh. Can you say railroad?

Have you shopped private insurance? It could be cheaper.

(I am just always shocked what small percent of the population shops around).

As much as I griped about my health insurance, it beats anything any big or small employer has ever offered me - both cheaper and better benefits.

"Ben Stein and Jim Cramer make it on Dr. Phil."

Wow!! The things I miss staring at bloomberg and CNBC every day.

See, the gym is a good thing! Gets you out more.

BS and JC made it on Dr. Phil as consultants, not as the person needing help. Now that would have been funnier!
