Came clean

...with the usual foursome, today five-some at lunch. (lawyer friend, lawyer friend's partner, screenwriter friend, a friend co-worker with serious Finnish family roots - so finnish friend).

At the end of lunch lawyer friend said to me, "you write, why haven't you started a blog yet?"

I shot back, "I've been blogging for over a year. Where have you been?"

Both lawyer friend and lawyer's friend's partner made a little blog earlier in the year, based on fixing up a house in Hoquiam. I reminded them that it takes a lot of endurance to blog consistently. There are days when its hard to come up with meaningful things to write about.

"Yeah, and you just never know whether people are reading or not."

I told them that I didn't have that problem. Smile

    Haven't given them the url yet, think I will wait a few days until the "came clean" entry drops off the top. I told them, however, that they were all in it - no names of course. DJ friend, being about ten years younger and adept at using net tools, figured it out the night after I put his site on Links. He's pretty discreet. I told DH about eight or nine months ago, and he pops in once in awhile.

    Tina - Yah, I know, not since May. Supposedly they will be finished in April 2007. Hope they show more remodeling fortitude than their blog fortitude!

    You know, I since I've outed my blog identity to F2F friends, I probably should out a bit more of my real life to my blog friends...at least a little more than I have done. Just as links so you have to dig a bit.
