now its insulting

Again with the busy. The CFO (who is, during our bosses' leave, is our acting boss), kindly reminded me that a little bit of overtime, strategically deployed, can be appropriate if its a busy hump.

Took a look at the T-bill interest this month: 22 cents. Now its insulting, pops. Time to think about taking scfr's T-bill "breather" myself and move the money into ING. I can move it back if the interest improves.

    Er, I'm sorry as I most likely have missed earlier conversations on this, but why is being reminded of using overtime insulting? Is it because he or she is expecting you guys to work more when you don't want to or have to?

    Just tell the T-Bills that you think it will add a little spice to your relationship if you play the field for awhile ... No long term commitments required. There's a semi-juicy 4% APY for a 6-mo CD at GMAC ... But only, of course, if you dare to join me in the "Kiss of Death" tango!

    Ooooh GMAC. No kidding, we would be like two gold-diggers going after the same 90 yr old Texan! These days, I'm with just going for increasing the accounts I already have. Even 2.75% is better than .07%. So it might just be ING and be done with it.
